Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Email support@b6luxe.com or call (+91) 8019166996 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit as agreed with support.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain opened skincare, makeup, or personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
