5. Shipping Policy

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order, and before the order has been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be entertained. You may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

  • In cases where the quality of the product is found to be unsatisfactory, refund/replacement can be requested.
